OUR INTENTION
We are all meant to experience and have abundance of health, success and comfort while living our best life. It is our birthright. Then how is that there so many who are poor and struggling everyday to meet their basic needs. “If they knew better, they would do better.”
The purpose of this program is plain and simple; to empower welfare recipients with the knowledge and experience to change their lives and breakout of the poverty cycle by learning how to make money with bare minimal.

We will explain and teach them how their mind influences their behavior and how they can tune its frequency to success and achievement. Then we will coach them step by step to create the new life they desire. They will be given tools and techniques how to materialize their goals.
It will be an exciting and rewarding experiential journey where they learn by doing and remember these lessons for life. We aim to create successful leaders that will inspire and mentor their peers to follow in their footsteps.

WHY MAKES SISTAS NETWORK M.A.D UNIQUE?
Sistas Network is a LifeWorks program began in 2006 as a coaching support work group that instills confidence and challenges women to have it all — the life they desire. Founder Sharmini Hensen started Sistas Network M.A.D (Mengecapi Aspirasi Diri or Living My Aspirations) program in 2010 to coach and support the less fortunate sistas to gain financial and emotional independence to live their best life.

This program is unique because it is a joint collaboration between Sharmini and her sistas whom she has coached and worked with throughout the years. A testimony that life coaching is a powerful and respectful way to awaken the individual to her true potential. Our passion, to make a difference and serve, is the main driving force of this program’s team of coaches. All of us are entrepreneurs with experience and success of building our own businesses and we are recognized as experts in our field.
We make good role models for M.A.D participants. We are committed and ready to serve beyond the call of duty. Our hearts are vested in this program to see all our sistas succeed and be happy.
