This specially designed coaching based workshop is for parents and caregivers who desire a more fun, easy and empowering way to raise our children. As our children’s mindset and personal growth evolve so must our parenting style. This involves us being more of a coach where our children:

Workshop is conducted in an interactive and experiential manner so that as participant, you embrace all the learning inside. The workshop is well paced and includes coaching support after the workshop as part of this journey of change.

Un-Learn — 3-hour introduction workshop, Friday

Time: 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

In order to change, we have to understand what needs to change. Acknowledge what we have created as parents, while recognizing patterns we want to change. Clearing the mind for space for change. This 3 hour introduction covers:

• Clearing and acknowledging the past
• The art of forgiveness
• Response-abilities

Re-learn — full day workshop, Saturday

Time: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Now, we fill the mind with wondrous change tools. Installing, embracing and experiencing the empowering mindset of a coach and mastering coaching tools. This full day workshop covers:

• Setting outcomes and winning strategies
• Instilling powerful coaching beliefs
• Mastering the art of communication
• Anchoring resourceful states
• Defining values – what is important
• Self-care skills to be in top form

Fun Sunday — morning workshop, Sunday

Time: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

While fresh in the mind, we practice newly learnt skills with our children in a fun environment. TODAY, we celebrate our children and the child in us! A whole morning of fun filled activities which include family games, treasure hunt and educational game competition. Prizes awarded to winning teams and give-away for all children. A healthy lunch buffet will be served.

Parents' Coaching Support follow-up session — following Saturday

Time: 3:00 - 5:00 pm

The journey of change is a journey of discovery. To ease the transition, support is paramount. Momentum is an essential component. The main purpose of the follow-up is to:

• Celebrate wins
• Overcome challenges
• Explore possibilities
• Focus on the outcome
• Share and learn

So that, as we raise the bar of excellence amongst ourselves, so will our children!
