Sharmini Hensen
As a Life Coach, Sharmini Hensen is trained in NLP (Neuro Linguistic
Programming). As a Master Practitioner, she is experienced in coaching successful
individuals and groups of individuals who want to create excellent results in all
aspects of their life; relationships, career, health and finance.
Sharmini’s
charismatic, friendly and easy-to-talk-to personality makes them feel at ease
immediately, facilitating open and uninhibited conversations. She gets committed
to the clients’ outcome and raises them to a level of excellence at all times.
She is passionate about empowering people to look for solutions with themselves
and moving them into action and ultimately, achieving success and happiness. Her
take is “when your relationships work, your life works” as she believes true
success and happiness lay in the quality of our relationships; personal,
business and most importantly, with one’s self.
Her desire to extend the benefits of coaching was sparked as a direct result
of completing the Asiaworks coaching based awareness and leadership trainings.
She is also a member of Coachville and is the Secretary of its local chapter,
Malaysian Business Coaches Network. She used coaching to create value and
specific outcomes to transform her life and would like fellow Malaysians to have
the choice to experience the same with theirs.
She motivates parents and imparts positive parenting skills on a daily
National television broadcast in 2005. She inspires her clients to dream big
dreams and lead by example. Her focus is to be the leading Life Coach in Asia in
the next five years through promoting coaching on her very own television based
coaching program.
Sharmini's Personal Vision
As we learn to actualize our own personal power; we are able to give our best to
our fellow men, women especially our children. As we nurture them with love and
respect, we find a higher purpose of keeping our family unified. This indeed is
the best gift we can give our leaders of tomorrow; unity in love and peace!
