Sharmini Hensen

Sharmini Hensen is a trained Master NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and CEO of LifeWorks Sdn Bhd. She is the Founder and Lead Coach of Sistas Network, a growing coaching support work group for women to have it all, and Head Coach and Partner in Pikom's Projek MAIN PC, where her personal development module combines IT skills and empower groups of individuals all over the country to make a difference in their local communities through community service.

Sharmini is passionate in her work, supporting individuals in finding what their true heart desires and transforming their desires into realities. Her take is "when your relationships work, your life works" as she believes true success and happiness lay in the quality of our relationships; business, personal and most importantly, with one's self. Her interest in the power of the mind led her to practice Kriya Yoga and Reiki to bring a holistic approach to her coaching.
